Industry leading software provider AIM Smarter Limited opens PromoServe platform to empower workflow automation.
PromoServe, the industry leading promotional products order management software today announced its new API for publishing products, inventory, and orders.
PromoServe’s API enables seamless integration between PromoServe and other platforms such as websites, suppliers, and fulfilment centres, driving efficiency and strengthening supply chain relationships.
By introducing the API, PromoServe users will be able to get more value out of their technology investments and streamline interactions with other platforms to enhance day-to-day efficiencies, minimise errors and improve customer time-to-ship.
Nathan Wisniewski, PromoServe General Manager said.
“As an industry leading technology provider, we have a great opportunity to transform how efficiently businesses operate. By opening access to the PromoServe platform, we empower businesses to get more value out of PromoServe whether that be from integrating with complimentary technology or automating order processing between re-seller and supplier.”
As organisations look at better ways to utilise technology to gain efficiencies, diversify offerings and better connect with customers, they are investing in a variety of solutions to serve their needs. With the new API PromoServe allows wider connectivity than ever before.
“With integrations now becoming more standard practice we thought it important to open the system to allow more flexibility and the capability for no-touch orders. We have users who have created custom processes that suit their unique business needs to accept orders on a webstore that go straight to fulfilment, and I see this becoming more standard practice as people look to gain greater efficiencies.”
PromoServe’s three new APIs include:
- Product – Make’s the products stored in a company’s PromoServe system available to other systems. For example, a supplier can automatically publish product data to distributors and distributors can publish data to webstores.
- Inventory – Make’s the stock levels stored in a company’s PromoServe system available to other systems such as webstores.
- Orders – Send’s orders to other systems for example orders can be sent directly to a warehouse or supplier for fulfilment.
